Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns on fresh, frozen, or opened food items. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or exchange.
Eligible non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
